❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the digital nature of ebooks, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

🔁 Exchanges
If you received the wrong or incomplete ebook, we’ll gladly send the correct file at no extra cost. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

If your purchase was made from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, as long as the ebook has not been downloaded. Once the file is accessed, the right to cancel is waived.
